Michael is the author of the self improvement book Redefine Yourself: The Simple Guide to Happiness and a lifelong student of the mind and body. Having researched emotion and coping behaviors in university-level studies, Michael has presented various fitness, motivation, body image, and stress-management programs at universities, corporations, high schools, and workshops. His study of human behavior has surpassed 18,000 hours of one-on-one sessions over the course of 16 plus years. Recently, Michael started a scholarship fund and a community association with his wife, Sammy, while chasing his 4 year-old son around Chicago and Denver.
